Wow this haven't crossed my mind so far, because all this while I think on how to collect and send the glass to the recycling center. After giving some thought, one of the best way is to melt the glass and make souvenir out of it, like small keychain or candle holder. Besides, you can make glass dice (for gambling use) with the glass. It could be made into uneven blocks with various shapes, for the decoration in the aquarium as well. You can use recycled glass/bottles as container of pens, or paper clips or paper weight. Also if you have fine imagination, you can have it as a lamp or chandelier, others make earrings out of recycled glass. Also if you want to be unique, you can use and hot blow the glasses and make them like stained glasses. :)

If it will hold water and is clear you cold make a mini aquarium with some small plants and shrimp or if there is enough water you might be able to put a small fish in there, make sure to do regular water changes and feed sparingly.
