Congrats to you, good going, I tend to put on weight very easily. When I was a teenager I lost a decent amount of weight. Over the years my weight has gone up and down. Right now its up and needs to get going back down. I quit smoking and discovered freeze pops and gained weight. Now with summer coming I need to lose some of the extra pounds. As we get older it gets tougher to lose weight, our metabolism slows down.

I lost 65 pounds over 18 months with portion control--measuring, reading labels, etc. I've put back on about 15 since I moved cross-country and succumbed to a lot of stress but I started my plan again a couple days ago. I feel better already!
