The joys of too much chocolate.

My sister has started to make some candies and share them with my family. They are very good treats and we enjoy them very much. We now have a lot more of these candies in our house than we would normally keep on hand and I'm finding myself indulging in chocolate more and more often.
"The first step is to admit you have a problem, that you are powerless in the face of your addiction."
Who else just can't say no to chocolate?
Who else hears the soft voice of the chocolate calling out to them, "eat me, eat me, I'm good and tasty?" (Ok, those who need to take psych meds need not answer that one.)

I'm addicted to all sweet things, like chocolate, cake, sweets and now I'm finding that it's getting a little out of hand because I ate a chocolate bar and six French Fancies (small cakes) yesterday. :)

Oh yeah, I love chocolate, too. But, I had to cut way down because of my health and I switched (a little) to carob. But, I still eat chocolate every once in a while and find it hard to resist even having one piece. I especially love dark chocolate. But, I also don't want to gain too much weight, so I try to control myself. And, I don't keep it in the house and I will eat it all up at once.

I do not eat too much chocolate. Although I do seem to have a weakness for peanut butter M&M's lately. I guess it is a good thing that I do not eat all that much chocolate since I have been making a lot of the toffee that I have been selling.
And, no I do not hear the voices. I would say I am jealous that the voices talk to you and not me, but I think I am glad they do not talk to me.

Now, see, shouldn't you be putting a link up to your toffee page here. I handed out some of my candy supplies at a party last night and everyone enjoyed them. Jeff has been on a diet, so he really enjoyed the nice Keoke and the Orange sample I let him try.

Love Chocolate! I tend to crave it around that time of month too. But I do find that nowadays I can have too much, my taste buds can only take so much. When I'm tired of chocolate I crave fruit. Then once I've had something fruity, I go for the chocolate again.

If they are in the house then they have to be eaten! Naughty sister, the only way is to tell her she must stop! Unfortunately the trouble with chocolate is you cannot just have one, you have to have more, and no matter how much you say to yourself that you will only have one a day for a treat, you always end up just having one more, again and again! It does call you thats for sure.

My hubby cannot say no to chocolate! I love this man with my whole heart. But I have to say OMG when I see him inhaling chocolate. He recently bought a bunny(yes easter has been a culprit) with 13 individually wrapped large chocolate balls. I cannot right now remeber the name of the chocolate. Of the 13 he ate 12! And gave one to our child.
