im trying to quit smoking

its bad for my health. its bad for my heart. but its just so damn hard. any advice for me?

make sure you want to stop I managed it 24 june 2007, havent had a ciggi sinse well i did it by using nicorette replacement nicotine and i know ill never smoke again blessed be
