Yes, I have had that dream several times. It's been a while since the last time though. Sometimes I try to push them back on, and wake up with real pain in my jaws. not nice.

Yeah I know what you mean. The last time I had the teeth dream was a couple weeks ago and woke up with really bad pain. And today I had to go to the dentist and get a tooth removed. I'm in pain now, but not like that. lol

I had a dream about my teeth falling out, worse was it was in front or something very visible. It is rather scary for me cause contrary to most of you, i dreamed of my teeth falling apart after i had actual pains with my teeth. everything seemed alright now but it felt really true. FOr filipinos, dreaming of teeth falling out is not a good sign, some say it is bad omen that someone in the family is going to die. Im glad nothing like that happened to us, but was just part of my waking time.

I know what you mean about it feeling so real. You're the second one who said it was a bad omen. I haven't heard of this. I've had this dream at different points in my life and nothing like that has happened. thank you so much for sharing.

me me me I have had the teeth dream too! wow! I thought I was alone is this weird phenomenon. usually for me it is my front teeth and I am eating a sandwich and it is painful - like all the nerves are exposed in my teeth - then they start falling out. shudder.

I'm not trying to spook you or anything. I've always tried to understand the meaning of my dreams, sometimes asking my friends opinions. I might never get all the answers, but they've always told me, again and again, that if I ever dream of my teeth falling out, I have to chop a piece of wood. Apparently, they say it's a bad omen. They say someone will die. Chopping a piece of wood would transfer the bad vibes into the wood. I know this sound weird, or funny perhaps. But I've never had this kind of dream. It's a good thing too, because it scares the hell out of me. And I would definitely do what they told me, to ease my fear. As I've said before, I'm not trying to spook you. Each to his own beliefs.

I have never heard of that. Amazing what you can learn on here. I have had this dream at different points in my life and nothing has ever happened like that. The last time I had this dream was about three weeks ago and a couple days ago I had to have a tooth removed. Thank you for sharing I appreciate it.

I started having that dream a couple months ago. But, there are two dreams that I have had ever since I can remember that have always disturbed me and, I think they disturb me even more than the teeth dream. In a lot of my dreams I am blind and I can't seem to move very quickly. My legs are stiff and my body seems practically cemented in place. I hate those dreams. Especially since I am usually trying to run for my life.

I have had that similar dream, but my dreams don't involve pain. The dream varies from having huge wooden buck-teeth, complete with rotting holes, that extend to my chest or large amounts of drool. (sorry - ick!) Usually the dream of falling teeth starts with one and then as I run my tongue around, others start falling out in connected groups, like dentures. I have read that this is usually the brains response to extreme stress or anxiety. Basically, something is out of control and you can't put teeth back in once they fall out.

I had this dream for a while and it really worried me for a while. I'm really sensitive about my teeth, I had to get braces because of huge gaps in the front, so while now I have a virtually flawless smile, the thought of them falling out was terrifying. I'd always wake up from those dreams upset.

I had the same dream too. I hate that dream. Yes the experience of the teeth falling were really painful and as if it is real. First thing in the morning I checked my teeth too and only then I realized it was just as dream. According to our believe, when we dream of falling teeth it is a sign that our close family members are not felling well or get into some kind of trouble.

Ah, the teeth falling out dream....yes I know that one, but have not had it for a very long time (and I still have my teeth). I believe I asked my dentist about that quite a while ago...his thought was that I was grinding my teeth. It is funny, because I haven't even thought about it for a very long time. Hope I don't have it again!
