HELP: Want to fulfill my cherished dream in life!

i am interested in the use of plant tissue culture and transformation techniques in developing crops that will tolerate adverse environmental conditions eg,drought and heat.Is there HELP for me? I am graduating hopefully december, 2006. i am specializing in plant stress physiology(Msc Botany)
