How hard is it for you to get Referrals?

Since many of the people that stays in the internet nowadays do so to earn money online. Most do PTC, sign-ups, blogs, and discussion forums like myLot. But earning from these sites I know is hard work and you need a great deal of time and dedication to keep your earning at a steady phase.
To earn more, most sites offer or suggest you to have referrals. Yes I know its their way to have more users or members in their sites to keep them going.
But aside from buying them, I find it hard to find referrals to add to my earnign potential fromt these money making sites.
Do you find it difficult also to get referrals? Do you have other suggestion to get them aside from posting/buying ads or buying/purchasing referrals, posting in blogs your PTC? Would be glad to hear your hair brained ideas! Thanks.

ive had 5 referrals with this but none of them got active.. they wanted to get any proof of me getting paid by this site. and they say after me reaching my payout, that is the time they'll take time in becoming active at mylot. there are times that i get tired of referring this site to them but i know i have to do some referrals..

Yes I agree with you skbh12. Most of those that are invited especially personally want proof. Its hard to earn immediately to let them see the proof from you if you just have to work your butt out in time alone here. It takes time and I mean really a loooooooooot of time dear to earn that first payout. Sometimes showing them the payment proof of others is not enough.
Well, as I say, its their loss and not mine as time goes by as im earning now and they are not.

Yeah Toni is right and thats what im going to do. Wait for my first payout even without their help and in my own efforts and show them what they have been missing. Dont loose hope girl!

yup you are right.. it is their loss not ours.. at least now we have started and continue earning something for our efforts.. they dont get to see what they are missing as of the moment and besides, they'd still be enjoying this if ever they see earnings are a bit low.. sigh.. hoping theyll become as active as i am..

I also find it difficult to get referrals under me.. Even if i get any referral they are mostly not active.. If you want to earn from your referrals the you got to have more no of referrals who are active... We can get referrals by asking our friends to join under us... or by posting our referral links on blogs and forums... I try to attract more and more people to those blogs and make them join... But still its very difficult.. at least for me...

I actually don't do referrals and just earn as much as I can on my own. I know I could be earning a bit more but my friends are not interested in online stuff I do. Oh well!

Yes i find ti difficult to get referrals.its hard to convince people about these money making sites.I prefer purchasing referrals from the site.If i get a cheque from any site.then i think my friends may join under me and work because they got proof.

It is kind of hard to get referrals, but the bigger question is how do you get those referrals to stay active after they join. I have 17 referrals of which two are only occasionally active.
You can get referrals by starting a make money blog or website . That's how I got mine.
