Do you have quality time with yourself?

It depends on the definition of quality time, which, over time, has actually changed from meaning to meaning. Anyhow, I do have quality time with myself, and with my family too. I guess I have more quality time with myself as I tend to enjoy this even during my course of work.

I think I my have too much quality with myself. I spend so much time on the internet and watching tv i feel lazy at times. However i know that i need this time to relax otherwise i would simply not be able to function. Balancing work and play, time with myself and time with others is all part of a healthy mind. Everything in moderation.

i have four children and i am a single mom. before i can not find time to be with myself because my children are still small. now that they are teens already they help me around with the chores at the house that makes lif e more easier. i go to work at nights and be with them early in the morning to take care of their food before they go to school.
