Blog Management?

For all those people out there with multiple blogs how do you manage them. i was just wondering if there was a program or some other method of keeping track of all of them. or is it all just good organizational skills

I manage three real money making blogs as opposed to community blogs live blogger, LJ or wordpress. Most of it comes down to organizational skills, a good tool set, and lots of time. Also Blogging for money is about taking the time to do it. I know if it takes so much time, then why am I hear? I need to see what people are talking about. I run 3 very different blogs so I need to keep myself updated and to pass along the word on other sites.

I have a schedule that I try to stick to on my business blog. My other blogs I just post to whenever the urge strikes or if I have something interesting to share.
