When did you tell friends/family that you wre pregnant?

When did you tell them? I am 17 weeks and haven't told anyone yet, we just feel like keeping it to ourselves for a bit. Did anyone else leave it a while to tell people? Were they angry you didn't tell them sooner?

We tried to wait, but we were just too excited about it. We knew for about a month before we told anyone, and no one was upset. They were so excited for us they didn't think to be upset, I guess.
