What kind of computer do you have and do you like it?

I have a bit of an old one - I'll have to get a new one soon! I saw a news item (in the UK) the other day which said that people treat old PC's like an old TV or refridgerator and dump them - even though they have lots of sensitive data and can be recycled and used again!

I'm still searching a laptop for working. But i'm love the vaio. Until now i'm still looking for that merk. in my country is very expensive & difficult to found it.

Well i have a compaq pentium 4. Ihad it four years back and it was my first pc and it was the best i have ever had.

I have a compaq and its the biggest piece of garbage I have ever owned. I have never had a computer that runs any slower or freezes as much as this one. I hate this thing and cant wait til I an afford a new one.

i have a sony vaio vgn-zr23g/p. my computer is pink color, hence the model name- luxury pink! and yeah it's the best computer i've ever owned because of the specs and because it's pink in color lol

i got dell and the vista software operating systme..but it is better then hp computer and me or xp..as now i learned to use the vista and i got my ISP at AT and T and they have phone, tv, and internet for one price of less then 100 bucks..but the speed of the computer was 1.5..and now i have 6.0 for a few bucks more..but i could have 10.0..and that is almost twice the speed i have now..and this makes all the difference as it downloads a lot faster.. but i have a lot of Norton 360 and other protections to protect me against spyware and virus stuff. and blockers for spam..but spam still gets through...but not as much.. i like Dell, Vista and all the spy and virus protection you can afford...as any system is good if it works for you and you enjoy it..this is a hobby and it i take it to have fun with..i don't want another job and when this is not fun anymore i will stop doing it...that is the main concern...just shop and compare and ask friends and relativies..but a good computer is about a thousand dollars and 100 bucks for internet, tv, and phone..a little more if you want the Premium channels.. buy beware..good luck

I built all four desktops at my house, but the laptops are dell and acer.

I use a laptop by a company called Alienware. It's designed for gaming but I just bought it because it looked cool. However, because it's designed for gaming it has quite high quality specs - lots of memory and a good processor. It ensures that things never run too slowly and I always get a good picture on the screen.
