Can India be a better place to live in competence with other developed nations?

Is leaving India and settling in another country right.... In order to enjoy better facilities and life style? Is brain drain a real serious issue for India.... i think it is playing a greater role in Indian globalisation... Can India be a better place to live in competence with other developed nations... Recently Mumbai which is the largest and richest city in India has been rated 7th most dirtiest place in the world.....

I think it is possible. India has so much resources. But the main problem in India is corruption,population and thus all related problems. i also agree brain drain has evolved globalisation, but i still believe India has lots of resources. To make it a better place to live in, all should come forward.
