www.photosoftheyear.com I'm a member there for a couple of years now, it is amatuers right up to professionals giving advice a tips on photos. It has an excellent forums board and the people are welcoming and friendly. I enjoy it very much. It's a learning site. Check it out!

From time to time, people have used this forum right here to get feedback on photos. It's not easy to get feedback on things like noise and lighting, as we cannot see a full size copy of the photo, but if you're looking for general feedback on things like composition, the people here are generally helpful.

You don't get money, but you'll get expert feedback on Betterphoto.com. You might have to pay for certain types of critiques, though. Someone else recommended a site called Skillfights, which is really a photo competition site, but I think the members will give you critiques, too. I don't have the link and I have taken advantage of Skillfights, yet, either.

Thanks!

Flickr and deviantART are great sites for getting feedback.
Flickr is just for photos. But with a free account you can only post up to 200 photos. But other users can comment on your photos and give you feedback. And there are groups you can join and submit your photos to. By doing that, you will get even more pageviews and comments. (Of course, with a free account, you are limited to the number of groups you can join as well as the number of photos you can submit to groups.)
deviantART is for all art forms, but it is excellent for photography! And with a free account, you can upload an unlimited number of photos. I've actually found that deviantART is better for getting feedback than Flickr. (Of course, I would highly recommend joining both and getting feedback from both sources... as there are different audiences on each site.)
Also, on both of the sites, you can sell prints of your images and make money that way.
If you're interested in selling prints, I would also recommend RedBubble. RedBubble is free to join, and you submit photos that you'd like to sell as prints. Other users can comment on your photos and give you feedback.
Some sites that are great for making money with, but not as great for feedback are Picable and VuMe. On those sites (which are free to join), you can upload as many photos as you'd like. Then you get paid every time anyone views any of your pictures. Other users can also comment on your photos, but I don't get nearly as many comments on those sites as I do on Flickr, deviantART and RedBubble. But I make a lot more money on Picable and VuMe than I do on Flickr, deviantART and RedBubble.
All of those sites I mentioned are:
flickr.com
deviantart.com
redbubble.com
picable.com
vume.com
Hopefully you'll find those links useful! Let me know if you have any questions!
