I think the US dollar is the currency which is more acceptable throughout the world (I regret to say!), so in that sense, it is the more powerful. If I were travelling almost anywhere in the world - especially in Russia and beyond - I would take some dollar bills. They are most acceptable in many countries!

This is actually a very important point. The broad acceptability of the US dollar across the globe makes it the more valued and trusted currency.

I think Dollar or Euro. The pound is in a strong third place. It's a shame about the Dollar. The country and it's currency brings nothing good!

The country is to blame for most wars started after WW2. In one way or another, they allways got something to do with it. When the world is so reliant to the US$ the walue and the world economy folows the mood of what's happening in the white House, and the brain capasity of the president. And just now, the Dollar is going down in walue:-)

I think the most accepted worldwide is the US Dollar. But it's not the strongest one...
The Euro has approximatively the same value, but, if I don't mistake myself, actually, it worth a bit more than the US dollar and it's accepted in nearly all the European countries.
About the Pound, it's (I think) only accepted in the UK who protects their currency pretty good! If I understood it well, there are some places where the Euro is tolerated, but not everywhere. A bit like Switzerland.

Currently, I think the U.S. Dollar because oil transactions are conducted in that currency.
