This was one of the great shows on television -- in my opinion, it had everything that makes a great show to watch! Romance (the breathtaking, heartstopping, please-give-us-some-kind-of-closure romance between lead characters), Yannick Bisson (one of the yummiest and 'real-est' actors on TV), humor, suspense, action, mystery, clean scripts and most importantly a chance to learn about the Deaf culture and ASL. It not only gave me something to look forward to watching and following (and swooning over and grinning like a fool over), but it also inspired me to learn more about the Deaf culture in America and sparked a deeper interest in learning American Sign Language. Why can't there be more shows like this??
