What are your thoughts about this new contraption?

Wow. Apparently I have been living in a cave. On my local news this morning I saw that Kentucky is begining to take steps to make the sale of these illegal in our state. I never knew about them! Apparently there is a devise that takes alcohol and combines it with oxygen and one inhales the mixture...thereby getting the euphoria and effects of the alcohol without the calories and carbohydrates! So essentially no beer gut, but drunk! Wow. What will they think of next? What are your thoughts about this new way to experience alcohol?

No, I haven't heard of it until I read the link you posted. What I think is that this will be abused just like people do when they drink the regular way. Without the fullness or nausea that sometimes stops people from drinking, sometimes that is... I wonder why would someone stop with 2 twenty minute sessions in 24 hours? I have to wonder about the side effects - there have to be some I think.

You're not the only one in that cave! I've never heard of such a thing either! Good grief! What are they going to come up with next? Oh I shouldn't ask that now should I? Let's pretend that I didn't, ok? lol I keep thinking that I've seen it all till this comes up and realize oh no I haven't. I'm shaking my head on this one.
