I think you must change your lifestyle,that is less food and more sport,else,a lot of water is needed to lose weight.

I would recommend diet plus exercise. Dietwise, I'd recommend eating as many raw fruits and vegetables as you can, though not too many bananas or avocados, as they are pretty high in calories. Crunchy fruits and vegetables RAW are the highest in nutrients and are low in calories. The combination of high fiber and high vitamins and minerals will make you satisfied much faster than low nutrient processed foods. For meat, I would say fish and chicken or turkey are the best choices, but stay away from ground meats, as you don't necessarily get to know the exact contents. Eat plenty of protein from these sources and fat free cottage cheese, but do not add sauces, just spices when you cook will give you enough flavor. Of course, the hardest part is not eating any refined sugars, refined grains or other processed foods. These do not digest as nicely, have fewer nutrients, and are generally not good for you. The key to losing weight without having to measure every calorie is basically eating only the most wholesome, real foods. Add to this a sensible exercise routine, walking, jogging, something like that and you should be successful.
