I am a member of this site but I can't understand how it is done. I have uploaded my pictures but I haven't gotten it viewed. I don't know I guess I just didn't think I could get it done. I am also worried that people might steal my pictures...

yes the views are important in order to get paid . you should share your uploaded pics to your friends , put them in forum , where you will definitely get some views . also try to upload interesting pics like celeb buzz , payment proofs etc.. Good Luck!
