The Great Wall of CHina / myLot

How many of you here have visited the Great Wall of China?? I have. I went to Beijing in 2005 and felt my trip would be incompleted without visiting this great wonder. It was an awesome trip. I climbed to the highest point from where I was but then my thighs were paining for the next 1 week. COuld hardly walk for the next one week. Do share your experiences with me and others over here. Thanks

The Other End... - I took this photo of the long stretch of The Great Wall of China while standing at one of the entry points outside of Beijing. It's a beautiful and impressive structure, I was in awe the entire time I was there.

I have been to the Great Wall. It was absolutely amazing...Unfortunately I had a terrible cold at the time and I did not have the strength to walk the whole thing. Oh well, I guess that means I shall have to return some day

Its too bad you had a cold. I hope your next experiece is a better one. Its really amazing when you walk even a part of it
