What do you usually say to end a conversation?

oh,this discussion is difficult for me to response,because i always don't know how to end a conversation.sometimes i will find a excuse to leave,most of time i will last our speaking until he or she raise to end,then i am going to say ok and bye-bye.otherwise, i will feel embarrassed if i end our conversation by some reasons which is not existed.
