i have.it's proved to be a wrong decision.i bought nokia 1110 online and the price was quite low.while the battery is worn out soon only can last 24 hours, which means that i have to charge up every day.
the seller promised it was a new one, while i'm quite doubt about it,as i know,a new battery can last 4-6 days at least.at last,i gave it back to him and bought another one in a real store.that's a terrible experience.
what about you? have you ever bought your mobile phone online? what's the quality? if not, why?

No I haven't and I don't think I ever will. For me I need to see the phone, touch it, and play around to make sure it is what I want. I also want to be able to actually talk to the sales man and ask questions.
Sorry your experience has been so bad.

I would always buy my mobile phone in person going to a shop, I don't like the idea of buying a second hand one or one that was on the internet because I need to see it first before purchasing it, I like to have the feel of it and see if it is for me, you can't do that from just a picture on a website, it's like clothes I can't buy clothes online either, I need to wear them first to see if they suit me. I guess you learn by bad experiences this way my friend.

No, it is a bad experience for me to buy once in an online because the people sell me the phone have scam me. I will pay him and the cellphone is not good. Thats why its better to buy a cellphone in a mall rather than online.

I have. Twice as a matter of fact. Possibly even a 3rd time. I haven't had any problems. I bought them directly from the service provider online. So, I have not been unhappy about it. But, I can imagine that there have been some phones, some companies, or some providers that have sold crap.
I'm sorry yours was such a bad experience!

Yes I have and I don't think your problems have anything to do with the fact it was purchased online although I'm sure there are sites that sell cell phones and accessories that aren't the best just as there are retail stores that aren't as reputable as others. Also, even if you make a purchase of anything from the most reputable business in the world, online or off, there is still always the chance of getting a "lemon". It also depends on how much you use the cell phone how long the battery will last before needing recharging.

hi sophialin. I have never bought a phone online, but I have sold mu used handy online. That was nokia and the battery lasted at least 3-4 days. So the seller was probalby unfair.
But there is also a second possibility. My sister bought a new phone straight from the store (standard legitimate store, not onlie store). It was motorolla. The battery lasted about 1 or 2 days max. Producer tells, that the batery should last about 4-5 days. My sister went to the store to complain. Service man told her, that he checked the battery and the battery is ok, so they won't change the battery to another one. So there is a possibility, that the seller was fair, and a cell phone was new, but I think version with unfair seller is more probable.
I bought some other things online. Sometimes they were not the highest quality, but I have never had really bad experience with shopping online. But you know, there is always chance that the product is fake, unfotunately.
have a nice day, jazgottt.

I've also bought some online and when i took one for my personal use the charger wasn't good and i changed it but still the same problem. the phone itself isn't functioning to my satisfactary. when i'm making a call sometimes the call doesn't go through and i can't abort the call either unless i put the power off and re-start it again to make the call. when i tried to export the rest, they're been taken by customs and gave the reason as they're fake or copy phones. i've ran at a lost.
i get a little nervous when i'm buying phones because whether copy or real phones at that moment you test them they work alright but later you get to know the real thing. now í go to the shop itself and if there's any problem i contact them and the problem solved.

No, I haven't tried it before although I have bought various kinds of products via the net. But the mobile phone is a little expensive and I don't want to take a risk to buy it online. If I really want to buy it, I will compare different sellers' prices via the net. And see whether they have real stores. If so, I will go there to buy it rather than buying it online. All I care about is the quality. You can bring your battery to the cellphone company to check whether it's a brand new one. A new cellphone's battery can really last a few days if you don't use it so often.

I would not want to buy handphones online whether it be 1st hand and/or 2nd hand as I still prefer to make a trip personally to see and feel the product before buying. Also, I would like to hear some explanation from the sales person for such things.
However, I am not against shopping online as I do buy things like air tickets, hotel accommodation, cinema, theatre, and soccer tickets. I find them convenient as it saves me the trip to do advance bookings.

I bought My last mobile off a seller on ebay, that was 2 years ago now and it is still going strong. The battery is just starting to lose its strength. You do have to watch where you get them from as some people do stretch the truth about what they are selling.

I have never bought a mobile phone on line. I prefer to get stuff like that from an actual store, where an actual employee can show me how the thing is supposed to work. My husband bought a mobile phone on line once, and he got screwed by the company. He is still getting screwed by the company, even though he's not actually using the phone anymore, because he supposedly stopped paying for the service.

My cellphone was bought online more than two years ago. It's still in good condition. My mom's cellphone was bought online too. So does my father's and brother's. Our laptops were also bought online. I don't know why we trust so much on the internet.
My brother is a computer freak, and he knows the legitimate sites that sell these stuff. As for me, I'm also an addict on online shopping. But it doesn't always turn out great. Good thing the stuff I bought weren't really those expensive. As of now, I haven't bought anything from the internet because I don't have any money. hehe.

Yes,the price is lower than the real store online, which atractive us deeply!
Recently,I'd like to buy a camera online.I compared the price with each oter, and I foud that it'll save me about 300RMB.So,I'm very happy to buy it online, but I can't ensure the quality. So,I decide to buy one in a real store!
