As I reached the sit-up bench, I saw something blinking in the sand.
I walked towards it, pushed away the sand and guess what I saw? A handphone!
I have ever seen coins, dollar notes at the road side, shopping malls, parks, anywhere except within the house. I have even picked up a wallet which I innocently returned to the lost & found counter. I discovered too late that the security counter has pocketed the money.
I had no proof the wallet contains money. That was the time I learned to keep my pick until I once picked a dollar coin. Something bad happened. I was told it was because I picked up the coin. Now, whenever I saw money, I pretend not to see them. I no longer pick them.
Friends, have you seen money (coins, dollar notes) or any valuables on the street?
What did you do? Do you pick them up? Return them? Keep them?
What will you do if you do not pick it up?
What have you picked up on the streets?
Kindly share :)

Hello dear whyaskq. I have only picked up some small coins on the streets, nothing else. I picked up the coins because I think that there is a must for me to pick it up as it is part of the country's property. That's it. lol.

I have never heard that picking up money or coins is bad luck. There's a nursery rhyme that goes 'find a penny pick it up and all the day you'll have good luck'. If I find something that can be returned to the owner, I do. If there isn't a way to figure that out, I figure it's a gift from the universe.
