Why people always abandon their pets?!

Last night I found a very little white kitty under a car around my home.It was so little,seemed only one or two months.And it was dirty,hungry,cold and helpless.I gave it some food and huged it very long time.I really wanted to feed it but my mom didn't allow me do that cause we have had 4 cats at home.
I really don't know why people fed pets at first when they felt boring then abandoned their pets even if they were just a kitty or a puppy?!
Even kitties or puppies they are also lives,they also have feelings!

because them people don't have a heart for animals and could careless....makes me mad too...if you don't want a pet don't get one...don't get a pet and care for it so long them throw it out cause your tired of it, or for whatever reason...geez...would you have a child and throw it away cause it got on your nerves?? Wait there are freaks that do stupid things like that...Anyways..Pets have feelings too..

I am such an animal lover and I cant stand when people do that. As a matter of fact, there is a kitten that showed up near our apartment last night. He is a gorgeous cat, but a bit thin. Me and my neighbors are all taking care of him. I dont understand why people just abandon their animals rather than trying to find them a home if they cant take care of them for some reason.

Thank you for your respones.I'm very glad that you are a animal lover.I'm,too.I can't stand to see hurting animals,baby animals without their moms,lonely animals.At first,I can't understand that why people could hurt or abandon such innorcent animals while felt nothing or even exciting.How can they live on as usual when they did those horrible things.
But now I know why.There are always some people who love violence,enjoy hurting and killing the smaller and weaker lives than them.
You know someone even abandons his/her baby,how can we except they can treat animals well?!

I don't know but that's one of my pet peeves as well. People discard animals like trash.

A lot of times the problem lies in the fact that a person decides that they really want that puppy or kitty, or someone gives it to them as a gift, thinking it's just what they need. But when they find out how much is involved in maintaining a pet, the shine wears off and the kitty rapidly becomes an outside cat and then out of sight out of mind. My husband and I have taken in at least two animals that really needed an improvement in their living conditions. The puppy was skin and bones when we brought him home, and the cat had no idea what to do in a place bigger than approx. 2' by 1 1/2' (she was being kept in a kennel). I agree that they have feelings, but unfortunately alot of people look at them as "just dumb animals". They don't see just how smart they really are, I have had alot of debates with people over it.

I know that people always do something before they think about it.Why don't they try to find a home for their pets instead of abandon them.
Last night,I went out and wanted to feed the two kitties again.Unfortunately,I couldn't find them out.Maybe there were too much people walking around or something.I'm so caring about them.Hope them will go well!!
