Yes, there is a discussion search box. It's up towards the top of the page. Mylot users are suppose to use it before posting new discussions. I can't tell you how many new discussions I've come across that have already been started by someone else. What you have to do is click on discussion and then type in words pertaining to the topic you want to discuss and then press search. I'm not expecting any responses from this post. I'm just tired of seeing the same questions over and over when there are already discussions going on you could post on. Read the mylot discussions guidelines. Now if you want to respond that's fine I just wanted to help you learn how to use mylot to it's fullest. Thank you.

Yes, I agree with you. today, when I was answering some discussions I noticed the same thing too, there are many discussions about the same issue, and even with the same name. I don't know if I had done that before but I usually try to avoid that situation. People shouldn't force themselves to start more discussions. PErsonally, I am not starting many discussions because I don't have the inspiration I had in the past, so I mostly try to post answers instead of starting discussions.
When I find a topic to start a discussion here I just feel happy :) If everyone tries to do that I think they might like here more too. At least they won't feel forced to start new discussions

Exactly! Also the discussions are saved. I've seen some that were last responded to a year ago. So why start the same discussion over when you can add on to the one that's still there and get it going again.
