At my work place it seems like if you don't suck up or kiss your bosses but you get nothing in return! And I'm not about to bring myself to do such a thing like that! There are women at my work place that are like that and of course they get what they want. Some of them only work part time, maybe 4-5 shifts in a 2 week period and then there's some who work fulltime even extra hours and as soon as they ask for a day off (far in advance to) they get denied right away!
