This is a sort of poll. Please choose any of the following and kindly give your explanation on why you believe so.
1. He either go to heaven, hell, or purgatory.
2. He remains dead until his day of resurrection.
3. His soul is transferred to another human to be born.
4. He's dead. Nothing comes next.
5. Others: _____________
Thank you very much!

I do not believe in the concept of Hell. But I think we go to a place where we can look back on the lives we lead here in the body on Earth and then decide what to learn next from there. I think we go to a place where we have choices on what to do and learn next to ehp our spirits/essences grow in a positive way. and I think there are many levels to this learning. But I do not believe in this Hell thing.

i'm a christian though i have a bit of unconventional belief in this...
i believe in the idea of heaven and hell but not as physical planes of existence you go to when you die.
have you seen the Linklater movie 'Waking Life'? one of the questions there is about the brain activity after your body stops fuctioning. they say that there is 6-12 minutes of brain activity after your body shutsdown. you know how you dream seemingly for hours or your dream spans days but then REM is only a few minutes before waking? that 6-12 minutes of brain activity could be you going through your life either being happy or contented with it or feeling guilty for what you did... and that could mean either heaven or hell for me...

#2! Which most people don't realize, is what the bible says.. (1 thess 4 & 1 corinthians 15:51-54 and "hell" being a mistranslation, which should simply read "the grave")

I believe that it will be incredible!
We'll graduate out of our bodies and become light and free--ready to travel through the tunnel to be embraced by The Light Of The Universe: Jesus transformed and glowing bright and white!!!
Native Americans have talked about The Great White Spirit for generations, and I believe that this story has been passed on from at least the time when Jesus' earthly body was spending three days in the tomb but His spirit went to visit other people of the earth, including Native Americans.
They've probably encountered Him at other times, too--before and after those three days.
Some people die not at all prepared for such an encounter, but Jesus knows their hearts. For some, it will only take having an experience like this to make them feel ready to accept the best that this ultimate phase of Eternal Life has to offer. For others, they will still not be open to this and will be allowed to go their way until they finally come to the conclusion that Jesus loves them, too.
They're the ones told about in the parables of the lost coin and the lamb gone astray.
There will be happy times of reunion, and there will also be assignments to do such as people being sent to watch over others who need it.
But this is just a very simplistic description of what it's like after one passes away because I've not been there, and, even if I had been, I would only have limited words to describe it!

I believe that I would strait away taken for judgment where I will be asked what good and bad I have done in my life, after that I will be given some place in heaven or hell according to my deeds. That would be scary. I will have to answer every single good or bad thing I have done.

Hi there.
I know that when I die I will be going to my Judgement Place and then after that I will be doing my work I need to and then after that it will be Judgement Day and then We go either to the Celestial, Telestial or Terestrial Kingdom.
