i absolutely LOVE starbucks! when we first got one near where i live, i wasn't so sure, but when me and my friend went to see a movie and we stopped at starbucks. today i tried the Cinnamon Dolce Latte and i have to say, that is the best coffee i have ever tasted. i would absolutely recommend trying that if you haven't. i never thought i would like that place so much. i haven't tried any of there food yet tho. what do you think about starbucks? do you go there? and if you do, whats your favorite drink or food? and what would you recommend me trying?

The worst coffee I have ever bought was from a Starbucks outlet in a very new shopping centre in our local town. In fact we went on two separate ocassions to two different Starbucks and they were both nearly undrinkable. I will certainly not go into one again and the other thing I detest are the mugs they serve it in just like an old transport cafe.

I do not. I will not support them, wally world, or any company that I find have hands in big conglomerates because they tend to take out the Mom and Pop stores that have kept the United States running. They are destroying the American Spirit and the job market that pays our bills. You are also forced to deal with a lot of people who are just there to say they drink Starbucks.
I find they are over priced, never cared for their coffee, and the ambiance of the place is not where I wish to be.

I just don't find starbucks worth the amount of money they charge, I don't drink much coffee but if I was too i would just hit up Tim Horton's because to me coffee is coffee and to pay double or triple for it is just crazy and Tim Horton's has everything you need, tea or ice caps plus donuts, lol

I looove Starbucks. =) I grew up near the Starbucks capital, Seattle WA. There is literally a Starbucks on every corner up there, or somebody, a stranger even - will point you in the direction of one! I was very very pleased to see a great selection of Starbucks here in CA, where I moved 5 years ago. The cinnamon dolce latte is super good... have you also tried the new honey latte? Around the fall and holiday time, I often get the egg nog and gingerbread lattes, and the teas (iced) are also refreshing in the summer when it's hot. You can order those sweetened or not, depending on your taste.
The last thing I ate there was a cheese danish shared with a friend, but the coffee cakes also tend to be good (there is a low fat whole grain cherry lemon one that I've had a couple of times) and petite vanilla scones, I think those are new. I don't usually get breakfast or sandwich items there though so I can't help you out with that.
I tend to go to a Starbucks to hang out with friends and relax, so the atmosphere is a plus. Little fact here, all my coffee is caffeinated... LOL! No decaf for this chickie!

no, I have never had a starbucks coffee - for one thing there are none close enough to us - but when we are traveling and I have on occasion come across a star bucks I will at times purchase those chocolate covered roasted coffee beans that are so fabulous!

I sometimes drink at Starbucks. Only if I need to and if it is the closest coffee shop available. I find their coffee expensive and also their cakes. I know the owner of the bakeshop where they get their cakes. You can buy the whole cake for only 500 pesos but they resell it at a much higher cost.

The only time I really drink Starbucks is when I am at the bookstore. I don't go out of my way to drink their coffee. I think it is overpriced and kind of bitter. If I have drink from Starbucks it is usually a Vanilla Chai Tea Latte.
I prefer Dunkin Doughnuts coffee.

I'd love to but its expensive. I like their iced coffee though I am not that familiar with their flavors now a days since its been 4 years since I last went to a starbucks shop to have a drink. I liked their carrot-walnut cake but unluckily, it is no longer available in some shops here in the Philippines.

I may get something for Starbuck maybe once a month or so. I rather go to Dunkin Dounuts. I think they have the best coffee out of the major companies. Plus it's alot easier on my wallet!

When my husband had his quadruple bypass surgery I had a long day at the hospital waiting and after about three hours of doing nothing, I thought I'd go downstairs to get a coffee. I knew the cafeteria was right there as you come off the elevator but I spoted a Starbucks down a little ways. I thought Oh good a great cup of coffee this will be, so I ordered a large. I nearly choked when she charged me 4.25 and gaged when I tried to drink it. I love Tim Hortons and I remember thinking it was strong when I very first tried it too but nothing like this. It was black as road tar. After putting three cream in it and still black as the ace of spades I thought no way and dumped it out. that was my one and only experience with Starbucks. There were people buying like you wouldn't believe and the girl was quick to make fresh. My cup was the first from a new pot so I assume they just do strong coffee. That was 3 years ago this coming June. Maybe I'll try again sometime but be sure I'll start with a small cup first. Take Care my friend.
