Prawns - Your favourite prawn dishes!

Hey guys! I managed to get myself a whole lot of prawns ... but don't know what to do with it! Don't need recipes, just let me know your favourite prawn dish! Like, do you like it hot & spicy, with tomato sauce, BBQed, fried, boiled etc... Me? I love the salt and pepper prawns and also when it is served cold with sour cream mixed with dill and a small amount of mayo!

For prawn, I think mine would be the fried prawn in tempura batter....and the buttered prawn...I do like the other dishes with prawn such as the prawn in dried chili paste, stir fry prawn with some vegetables or even the soup....I haven't try the prawn salad yet...might wanna try it later.

mmmmm ... forgot about the tempura prawns! yummy! Can't forget the Garlic Prawns either! lol Is the prawn in dried chilli paste you are referring to something called belacan? If so, i loved it when I visited Malaysia last year!

no dear, dried chili paste is the dried chili grinned into paste form. Belacan is dried shrimp paste, yes, belacan aslo nice...I am happy that u like belacan as well.

I love prawns in coconut milk. It's a Filipino dish where the prawns are cooked in coconut milk with a little ginger, salt and some pepper. Have you tried that one? If you haven't, i suggest you try it...it's yummy!

Can't say I have! The closest I have come to that is a prawn curry. Might have to give that one a go soon!
