Do you send private messages to myLot friends? How often?

Hello klaudyou!:-) I do use messages for a little more private exchanges i.e. for asking friends if they are fine, for sharing information that's not best shared on open forum, for clarifications, for moral support, and also for celebrations. I wouldn't say that I have exchanged messages with all my friends, but I am sure I have communicated with most of them, at least once or twice.

I use the private message system quite a lot and a lot of my friends message me, but nowhere near all the friends on my list. If I did that, I would have no time for discussions and responses and that wouldn't do. I'm a bit dubious about really private messages in there as I'm sure Mylot have a check on them too, so anything I consider really private, I send by e-mail. Brightest Blessings.

Well, I don't send massage to my friends . I sent some but didn't get reply and so I left it . Why I will do it without reply ? But I got private massage and I always reply to those massage , If there is any question or request ... Thanks !!!

i generally do not send private messages to friend myself. if any of them send me message to ask something, i reply promptly.otherwise i do not send myself

I have not really used the message system to contact any friends, I kind of feel like I am imposing on them if I were to do this and I do not know them that well either, so it is hard. If I get to know people a little better then I would use it to speak to them definately.

I have only ever contacted one person by personal message and that was because they contacted me first. I am happy enough to converse with someone in a discussion on the board. I see no need for personal messages really.

Yes, I will send a private message to mylot friend if I have something to ask and a very important question to my mylot friends. Sometimes an inquiry or asking them to say hello and hi to them.

I used to do that more often when I have more time spent on here. But these days, I am just responding and responding and catching up with friends' discussions, therefore, I haven't really got time to PM my friends. Hopefully when I have more time, I could do that with them again.

I find my experience rather amusing! Having to be grateful or thankful or welcoming to someone in the other side of the world with the fact that you don't even have any idea about the person. I wonder how our world will be if this is the kind of attitude we portray. I don't find people here annoying or will let you feel bad. I find them all friendly and very helpful. I seldom send private message. It's just to say my thanks and reply to messages sent to me. I don't usually sent messages just for certain regards. To my friends or referrals, if they need some help or would answer some inquiry. I'm standing here in great awe! Thanks to mylot. I hope the owner of this site would find it fulfilling to him/her too.

My total number of message is only six.I had send some messages to my friend.Most or them congratulating them in their success.(I mean when they reach at 500 or 1000 posts).Thanks klaudyou

Well ive never as yet wanted to send anyone a private message..but i dont even know how too!!! Last nite i tried to upload a photo and didnt get very far..im ok with the basics..but when it goes beyond that im finished!!! But if you feel inclined to post back and tell me how to send a privvate message i would be very grateful!!!! Technology eh??lool

i rarely send some private message to my mylot friends lol i just send them pm's if i need to ask them on some matter

I use to message on here through the pm a lot.I really don't use it no more.Some messages got through to my friends and some did not.I gave up on it.

I haven't sent a message to every friend I have in my list. I think when my friends want to know how about me, he/she will ask me. If I send without invite, I'll become ridiculous.

I have used the private messaging system maybe 3 or 4 times in the year I have been on Mylot, mainly to address a point for which I wanted further information such as where a certain article could be bought or when a friend said they were going to visit a certain country. If I had also visited there I might have asked which city they were going to. This might have involved 3 people on my friend's list. I have not sent a message to every friend on my list.

I use it when I want to connect with my friends here personally, maybe exchange infos or simply chat at silly things! Sometimes there are serious conversations, like knowing each other, without even worrying that someone would get offended by it because we brought it out on the discussion board. I also use it to send messages to the admin, asking some questions and looking for helpful informations concerning this site..

I've only sent private messages maybe 3 or 4 times on mylot, and that was only to get some info on a current discussion. Even though I have friends on mylot, I don't really talk to them, mostly all of them are just friend requests I got, and after that I never hear from them again...so sad...(not really lol)
