Question for Dragon Ball Z fans

If you are a fan to any or all of the Dragon Ball series, here is a question for you. From all of the special techniques, which ones are your most favorite and least favorite?
The Soukidan used by Yamcha is one of my favorites because it can be controlled. Soukidan never appeared in DBGT, because by the time it started, Yamcha had already given up fighting and nobody else learned this technique.

my favorite technique in DBZ is Gogeta's Soul Punisher and 100X bigbang Kamehameha(ss4)...

The most well know attack is Kamehawave, just like everyone knows who Pikachu is lol.
My favorite is beam sword, because it's the only weapon that's been made out of energy.
my least favorite, the spirit bomb. that thing can have infinite power, and shouldn't even exist....

That is very true about the Kamehameha wave. Vegeta, Trunks, Majuub(?), and Piccolo of the main fighters are probably the only ones who do not know it (I didn't include Mr.Satan/Hercule and Videl). Was the beam sword used by Vegetto?

Goku's "Keokane"attack is my favorite special technique and Goku's "Kameha meha" attack is least favorite.
