How deal with those who invovle in germs warfare?

Iam not talking about Anthrax alqaeda type war. Iam tal;king about peoples who come to work, coughing and infect everyone in building. is it not the courtesy to stay at home and cure when some one is sick, What should be done to such peoples?

I think you are absolutely right. If someone is sick enough to spread it to other people, it is their duty to stay home whether or not they want to. It isn't about their comfort but about the health of the other people. While it is their choice, I think you can urge them to stay home, and if not stay far away. :)
