PTR page loading troubles?

Is anyone else having trouble with intermittent loading troubles with seeking-cash.net & strawberrybiz.com? i will have to hit the refresh button a couple times to get the inbox (new one) to load up..then after doing a dozen or so of the mails..none of them will load. but if i wait an hour or so, i can come back and get some to load and then it stops again. Is this trouble on my end or is it them?
