Constantly donating blood..Does it Leave Marks on your arm?

I am thinking of donating my plasma blood to clinic/hospital. I know you can donate more times with this as opposed to just the blood. Say I do this twice a week for a month. Will this leave a permanent mark on my arm from the needle? I don't want to have my arms resembling that of a crack head....no offense to crack heads.
