Why you feed a pet?

Dear Chenpan, Pets are the animals who love you. What ever you do they come again. Try pushing them off pets will come running to you again but the humans don't. If you push them , they will push you back. But pets if they are dogs, then ... They are the best of pets. I like them very much. I have had dogs from my younger days, even now have a dalmatian at home. You can do whatever you like, take them wherever you want to, play with them. Dogs will listen to you word by word.. Don't you think so?

We feed a pet because if we don't they would die. We would not want someone or something we hold dear in our hearts to die, right? We love our pets so i guess no need telling anyone that we should take good care of them. ;)

Um... Cuz if I didn't feed it, it would die??? And since I don't want my cats to die, well... I feed them and give them water and attention and try to keep them out of trouble and all that good stuff. My kitties are my babies.

you feed pets because you love them. in getting a pet, you are taking on a responsibility. if you neglect them, by not feeding them, you are betraying that responsibility, and, quite rightly so, doing something illegal. if you take on that responsibility there is no way you should even consider not feeding that animal that relies on you to cater to their needs and keep them healthy and alive.

because a pet is like a baby, u have to take care of it..feed it, walk it if it is a dog, clean the litter box if it is a cat, etc. they cant do it themselves. unless u buy them a self feeder and that lasts of like 2 weeks.
