Is it really $0.01 per post here in MyLot?

does it really matter how much you get per post? I'm sure that however much you get isn't a lot lol. You are all spending sooo many hours on MyLot for FUN, or else you'd be working or something for at least 7 per hour which is more than you'd get here in a while...

Yeah, It`s hard to know the real formula in order to know the earnings per post here in MyLot, when MyLot started they were paying high rates like 2.5 and 3 cent`s per post, now their rates has dropped, the community has grown a lot and now I think that MyLot is paying 1 cent per post more or less, maybe sometimes pays a bit more because certains discussions are more relevant than others but if you want to get great earnings at the end of each day you should write long and quality responses, of course interesting topics. No it isn't. I almost always average much higher than 1 cent per post. It all depends on the length and quality of the posts. Another little piece of mylot information that not many people know is that the algorithm usually needs more than 1 post to calculate earnings. So your experiment of making one post a day may not even work and could leave a lot of people disappointed when they don't see any increase at all. Sometimes it takes 10 posts for the algorythm to work...again it all depends on the length and quality. When earnings here were at their lowest I was still averaging 3-4 cents per post...and earnings are higher now.

I do monitor mine on a spreadsheet, just to see how I'm doing. I'm getting more than .01 per post consistently.

i dont know...sometimes i just post 3 and earn 0.06 but sometimes i post many but only get 0.01 or 0.02...hehe (",)

Actually I think I figured it out. I'm not sure the exact formula but I think it is a word count. It has been said a thousand times this is not a per post site, and its not. Because I have answered 3 questions and not got a thing one time and 3 questions another and made a penny or two. Every thing is about being discriptive. I think it works some thing like this. For every 0-100 words you get a penny for every 100-200 you get 2 pennies. Like I said I am not sure of the exact formula but I think its a word count.

I have no idea at all how many we got from our post. But yes, yesterday i only got 0,01$ for posting one discussion. Perhaps you right. How long is your respond, EconKnowMix?

People need to understand that you are not paid on mylot for the number of posts that you post. I am sorry to tell you all this because I know that some people on this site truely believe that there is a set amount that you earn per post. Now the truth here is that you get paid for the quality of what you are saying. While there are people who are thinking that I will be making 1 cent for this post, they will be wrong. People focus on the quality of what you are saying and not the quantity of posts that you can post in a day, and you will earn more.

I dont think it's very easy to earn money here by yourself.If you have some active referrals,it's better.i have posted 59 commends and tipics,but just earned 0.85$

No, it is not. The earnings for per post is greatly depended on the quality of the post and that's a fact. The quality and the length of the post can change the value of it and I have proved that many times. You can make much more than 1 cents by making only one post. Just search for a discussion that you are really interested in and make sure it is a popular one. then try to make a very descriptive and quality post about it. After trying that just check your earnings one day later and you will surely make more than 1 cents. In fact, I have tried that before. Additionally my response was not a great one. It was not as detailed as the other responses I usually made but I just wanted to give it a try and one day I posted only one response here. It made me earn 3 cents for that response. I saw that the next day and my earnings were only 3 cents. I didn't have any new replies and didn't post anything else that day. And the day which I earned above 30 cents was also showing the same thing. That day I only attended to one discussion and wrote a very long and descriptive answer about a politicla issue. Then the discussion continued by adding comments. I added very detailed and descriptive comments (about 3 or 4) and next day when I checked my earnings I had already earned 35 cents just for joining one discussion. Additionally, that also showed me that the comments are also another way to make money. I have heard many people saying that adding comments will not give you anything but as I have just mentioned, it was only adding comments nothing more and I earned 35 cents. So, just try to make more quality posts here by looking for the discussinos which you are really interested in. then you will be able to make more informative and descriptive replies and that will be a mutual benefit. Because the discussion will have recieved a better response, also the information you provide might be useful for someone else (especially the starter of the discussion) and also you will make more money from here and your reputation will increase :) Wow, what a way to have fun!

it's up to your response quality and rating you are in.your way is feasible,while we'll loose earning opportunity then.yesterday,i made 20 responses and started two discussions with around 10 responses each on everage.i get $0.55 for that,thus i guess it's more than $0.01 per post for me.anyway,more or less.

is it real or not, you still get the information about making money here. i think making money information is more valuable than make 1 cents for ever post. do you agree with me ?

I am not quite sure hou much will mylot give by per post.At the first day ,I post one response and I got 1cent,and then just like you,though that one cent one post.but the next few days I found I am not right,I post one detailed comment and a post that I received more than two cents.So, I begin to know, the money you earn base on many factors.the quanlity you write and the rank you are and so on.so try hard ,post good response and then you can earn more than one cent per post.

I'm not quite sure how much it pays. All I know is that I've been a member here for over a year and I still haven't earned my first payout. I'm lingering around $8.31. I'm not complaining because I don't post very often, but I put similar effort into other ventures and have earned much more.

I don't believe that's true. I only posted in two discussions yesterday and earned 6 cents.
