Egg Salad Week begins (today and runs through March 30th. We only dyed one dozen and this year my 6 year old can't get enough of them. So I don't think I will be making them from the dyed ones but will probably boil us some more later in the week to do it.

I never hear about the Egg Salad ,I thing it must delicious ,so can you tell me how to make it?

Oh it is so easy. You start with hard boiled eggs, cut them up and put in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. This is how I like it. I like my real creamy, so I do add more mayo than other people. You can also add chopped onion, chopped celery or celery seed. It is very yummy.
Now I know I am making it for lunch tomorrow.

I have never heard of egg salad week, but I am pretty glad as I do not like eggs, I would have to have just the salad week and do everyone else egg salads! Where did egg salad week come from?
