Do You Visit With Your Neighbors

Or do you even know them?
In the fast paced world we live in, do you take the time to know your neighbors? We live in a small community but I know all of our neighbors, some better than others. The neighbors just next door in each direction and I talk across the fence almost every day. I even know the names of the neighbors who live a few doors down. Some of my neighbors and I are friends and visit regularly. It's nice to know neighbors watch out for each other. Do you know yours?

yes, I know my neighbors and one is very nice and the other, I don't want to know, except for the guy and their one son, the woman and the other son are not nice AT ALL

We live in a large condo complex of about 300+ residences so I don't know a lot of the folks. I do know my immediate neighbors - six families and some of the people around us at least to say hello and the occasional short conversation. When we lived in our home back east, I knew all my neighbors, not socially, but to visit with when we saw each other. It really depends on where you live I think.
