The chicken at KFC (although not my favorite) is battered with a milk mixture, dredged in flour mixed with eleven different spices and cooked in hot oil inside a pressure cooker. It's a technique the Colonel came up with years ago that is patented and very secret. Cooking the chicken inside a pressure cooker for a certain amount of minutes is what gives the chicken it's crispy texture and moist inside.

Oh wow... I didn't know that! I love KFC, too, and I am wondering how they get their chicken so delicious and crispy. Thanks for telling that.

I think if u want the exact taste of KFC i don't know what is the ingredients for the batter. But what i can suggest u, buy the KFC batter flour and marinate the chicken with the batter in the fridge for a few hours before frying them. When u want to fry them, make sure use a hot oil in the deep fryer.
