You really need to get your pet spayed so you don't have this type of accident again. If you bring her to a vet now chances are they could still spay her if it's done immediately. Please don't even consider breeding your beloved pet and risking her health. There are already thousands of dogs put to sleep every day in this country - why in the world would you want your dog to contribute to this overpopulation? Breeding pets should be left to the professionals who will not breed their pets until both the parent dogs have had their health certified and most will also not breed until every puppy has a home already waiting.

Take your dog to the vet and have her spayed. Millions of dogs get put to sleep in shelters because there are more born than homes for them. Even if you find homes for your puppies, an equal number of other dogs will be killed somewhere.

You must be more careful, and not allow your dog out of your property. You must train her so that she can't leave, and watch her closely while in heat, because they are more likely to get out during this time and try to find a mate. They do abortions on dogs. So, first, find out if she is pregnant, and second, abort if she is and you don't want her having these puppies. Of course she can get pregnant, it doesn't matter if you pulled them apart or not.
