Has anyone heard about Templatesbox.com?

I am thinking about signing up with this website "templatesbox.com" but I am not sure if they are a reputable company or not. Has anyone ever signed up with them? Do you know if it is a scam or if they really do give you access to all their website templates? I was just wondering....Let me know if you know about them...
