...before you go off to sleep?

The last 3 things I do before I go off to sleep are:
1) say a little prayer
2) put a little blanket on my baby daughter and myself
3) kiss my sleeping baby daughter or husband (if he's still awake) goodnight

the last three things I do,
is turn my computer and or tv off,
say good night to my adult son and my cat,
then go to the bathroom.

Things I do before I go to sleep..let me see..
1. Watch some TV -
2. Wash-up / if it's really hot, will take a bath
3. Pray / listen to gospel songs
oh and sometimes I play with my mobile phone specially when insomnia attacks.

It can vary if im honest but usually, I will carry my daughter up to bed as she falls asleep on the sofa and will not go to bed, so i put her into bed and make sure she is covered up, then I go and check my son who is stil in his cot and cover him up as he always throws his blankets out of the cot, then I go to the bathroom, I dont pray that often, i know i should but i dont.
