Yes you could go for Nokia. It has a large variety right from the very basic model to very high end model. Depending upon the budget, you could choose your model. Their after sales service is also too good.

I recommend sony ericsson. Go to the shop and try it is as user friendly as nokia and the hardware features are great i.e. camera, walkman, torchlight, etc. I said this because i was using nokia in the past and now i change to sony ericsson and never look back.
Many of the function are better then nokia and the price very good

Ive been a Nokia user eversince so I would advise you not to buy a nokia products. Well, its a user friendly because its not complicated to use other than other brands. but one thing bad about nokia phones is that its price is easily depreciated.. if you will buy the latest model now, check its price again for the next 2 months, and you'll be amazed how fast the price has gone low.

Oh, I'd definitely recommend a Nokia phone. It's user-friendly and you can choose from an array of models. It suits different personalities, and it's very much reliable.
I've been using Nokia phones ever since... well, ever since. I lost three Nokia phones until my latest one, so I know what I'm saying. Haha!!

I have only had nokia phones. I am very happy with them. I have not had the newest ones with all the fancy functions, but I have always had a reliable phone with longe battery-time. And the menus are great. Even an older grandmother may use them after a short introduction

My current phone is a Samsung, but for reliability I highly recommend a Nokia. I've had at least two of them and they never let me down before.
I chose a Samsung because I liked the look of the phone. For stylishness I've never liked Nokias much, but I think that's the only downside to them.
