which ONE of the five senses can you live without and why?

Although difficult, I could probably live without my sense of...humor? :D
Just kidding. I could live without my sense of sight. Even if it meant that I had to live in the dark and wouldn't be able to see all the beautiful (and not so beautiful) things around me, I would be able to visualize them with the help of my sense of touch. The other 4 senses, I'm not so sure if I could manage without them.

This is cheating a bit but I would have to choose sound. I am already slightly hearing impaired and have been for most of my life so that would have to be the obvious choice for me. If I had to give up any other sense it would be sight. I think I would be lost without any of my other senses. Interesting question.

I guess sense of smell, because I am a wreck around the stove, I could burn myself quite easily but even if I could not smell smoke I could see it, and that would be important.

I could definitely can't do away with my sense of humor because once I loose it, so goes my sanity too. LOL! Becoming blind is also one of fears and so I can't definitely want to loose it. I could afford not to have my sense of hearing and even smell. But the rest of my senses is something that I think I could never ever want to loose.
