I am not a mom but in my case I need to work from home do to my disabilty. What kind of work from home site is this? What do you need to do? What are your start up costs? Any additional costs? Is it something that you need referrals? How much are we talking about a month? Do you have to complete offers or anything? There are so many questions that I have. As well is it for people who are in Canada?

Hello, if you are a woman, hun, you are free to join. It might say WAHM, but all women are free to join. It's just a group of woman who have businesses and they are promoting them, and for those who are interested in working at home, you can see on the site what businesses they have and the costs and what not. It's a really new site.
But if you are interested, I work with AmeriPlan and WAHU.
WAHU you can join for $1! It's a health and wellness company. We work with Melaleuca which are healthy and safe products. You can look here: www.workathomeunited.com/mgreen2008 or www.livetotalwellness.com/mgreen2008
Or AmeriPlan, you can join for $25 and become a IBO (independent business owner) and you help people save money on healthcare. They are a health benefits company, not insurance, but it's nice to work with this company. THey are really good.
www.myhomebusinesspays.com/mgreen2008 or www.mybenefitsplus.com/mgreen2008 so you can see what we offer. Hope all this helps and look forward to seeing you in my group.

Thanks for the links. My mom did Melaluca for awhile. I will admit some of the products are good but others I couldn't stand or caused me problems. I didn't care for the $100 or $150 a month on products that you have to spend on. So for me Melaluca wouldn't do it for me.

Have you looked into general transcription? I also know that couple of the customer service companies that hire at home agents will hire in Canada. (I think West does.) Take a look at this site: http://www.pcworkathome.net.
As for Melaleuca... I was a customer for a long time but I never spent over $60/month. I wonder what your mom was buying if she spent that much.
