I very rarely take naps. Usually if I do they put me in a bad mood or I wake up feeling worse than I felt before I took the nap. I do take them when I am sick. I know some people for instance one of my cousins take naps. I don't really like to.
Do you take naps why or why not?

I power nap a large portion of my day since it isn't uncommon for me to sleep only 3 hours a night. I have a big cup of coffee just before climbing into my recliner and closing my eyes. It takes about 30 minutes for the caffeine which is about all the the longer I can be comfortable stretched out in the recliner. I wake completely juiced and ready to go for a couple of hours.

I take naps if I get up early for some reason, or if I am extremely sick.

most of the time if if I have the chance to, i do take naps since I'm feeling so sleepy. It's nice to be able to take short naps, but that's just me ;) wish I could take a nap now hehe..

I do take naps. Not a long one, but a short nap for half an hour. This rejenuates me. I do this most of the days. I have to put my son to sleep and while doing so I too doze off for a while. But when I am really very tired I just dont nap but I really sleep for an hour or two even in the afternoons.

I take naps ever afternoon when I finish my lunch.Maybe just 15 or 20 minutes, but is really refreshing. If not,I will be sleepy the rest of the day,and can't focus my attention on anything.Nap is very important to me,it refresh me so that I can stay sharp the rest of the day.I can miss it unless I don't have anything iportant to do the rest of the day.

I love naps! Unfortunatley I only get to take them if my son takes one and I have nothing else to get done while he's asleep....which never happens!

I'm like you. I only take naps when I'm sick, otherwise they throw off my sleeping patterns.

it is a pity that I can't let to myself this because my life mode is very active but I often dream about it :)

I will go to lay down and then I start to read, or look at catalogs, and it just never seems to happen.
Like you if I do by chance fall asleep I wake up all groggy and tired and it doesn't go away till I go to bed for the nite. So nope I would have to say I am not a nap person, never works in my favor if I do take one.

I take naps when I had a long day at work. It don't be a long one just 30 - 45 minutes to feel alittle more refresh. So it really depends on my day and how much sleep I got the night before.

Yeah! Taking naps almost every day is a very important thing for your health. It is especially after when you get back from school or work. This will help to refresh your mind. I get tired a lot and I do not know why. So, taking naps in the afternoon helps us to ward off some lameness and stress. Also exercising and staying active helps reduce stress and keep you healthy.
