Don't Singaporean know how to make LOVE? / myLot

I have heard that Singaporean don't know how to make love, the government have to arrange "The Love Boat" for them, and before interacting one expert will teach them how to ... They said Singaporean is expert of how to make money, but they forgot how to make love by the time and now already the third generation.

I'm not sure. I am not from singapore and have never dated anyone from there either. That does sound very strange that they have to be taught though. At least they did learn how to make money. they must have made that their priority. We all have to have more money these days it seems.
