Is Revver.com - the video sharing site - continuing to pay?

Revver.com promises to pay all members who use the site, upload videos and show videos revenue share and pay them also. But recently I heard that they were planning to sell out. Has anyone been paid by revver and are they continuing to pay?

that would be really bad... i really like revver. the interface is user friendly and is very easy to use... havent been paid yet though hope they dont close
