Don't you just hate it when your phone rings. You pick it up and say hello, and the one on the other end can't speak english. You say what over and over again. Then get mad and hang up. What if you had just won a millon dollars. You find out about it later and now its to late you hung up the phone. Do you think that would really make you mad. Why can't these people hire people that can speak english.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one that gets aggravated with these telecommunications people who need a little more work on their English. It's even worse when you call a business and cannot understand the dialect of the person on the other end of the line. I think we have enough accents and dialects in the U.S. alone. They need to start opening call centers in smaller towns across America that do not have a lot of jobs instead of taking the jobs to other countries.

What I hate even worse is when a computer calls you and then tells you "please hold" while they connect you with a telemarketer. I am not going to be put on hold while someone else calls me! GRRR!

Hi kellys3ps, and thanks for responding. I can see where that would make you go GRRRRR I would hate that also. Thats when you can get even with the talamarketer. you can tell them I would like to know more can you hold on for a sec. and lay the phone down for about 5 minutes. when you pick it back up you will find out that they hung up. Whats better is when you pick up the phone and they are still there. Thats when you say oh I changed my mined and hang up. LOL
