here, my boss alredy make a request to increase my salary but our proponent not yet approved it. you know even my mother get jelous to those that higher salary than me. and theres nothing i can do, i dont want to talk again with my boss about it because as what he says, he already made a request and i know he still follow it up. but it sad that the process is very long time.

If you believe that you are being underpaid, despite of the excellent work you give for the company, maybe its time for you to consider looking for another employer. Your being unhappy affects your work output, and your relationships. You deserve a better paying job.

Actually, thats what i think before, but another problem is, i'm pregnant now.. on my situation, i cant look for another job, maybe, after i deliver my baby...

Dear Nice,
Don't worry about that. These things happen in ones life and are not in our control. We do our work and leave the rest to GOD. sometimes we think that we do not get rewarded enough for what we do. The one who is above all of us will know what we are doing and will surely recompense us in a different way. So don't worry , you'll get what is due for you either today or tomorrow. All the best

hi nice perhaps you need to talk to your boss and show him
how hard you have worked and tell him you are hop;ing to
get a raise as you have been there for awhile and others
have beengetting so when do I get my raise.

I know how that goes. I often would see people who had been working for the place I was at (I'm not there any more) for many years and they would be standing around talking while the rest of us newcomers were working our tails off. If we stood around for even five minutes when it wasn't our break time, we would be in trouble but they let those guys get away with it. They were being paid much more than we were because of seniority. I didn't like it so I left. It is unfair, but some employers don't care about anyone but their favorites.
