Jerico;The Series Finally

The once-promising tv show Jerico announced tha Tuesday's episode is the series last episode.How did this show go from one of the tops to the bottom so fast?Was it the death of one of the leading actors in it?Or maybe the confusion the producers were allowing into the scripts?The bases of the story was good,but I think poor writing and bad decisions took it in the wrong direction.What is your take on it??

The show arrived with get potential and possibilities,but lack of direction soon sent it to the recycle bin.I figure that "Lost" will soon be heading into the same direction.I enjoyed most of it but the end of Jerico solved nothing.I wonder what good series will be ruined next?

I have watched Jerico all along. I found the show to be very well done. At least last year was great. I can not understand how the show got cancelled last year to begin with. There is deffinately an audience for this show. The producers must have realized this when so many fans wrote in to keep the show alive. I think that because the networks were cancelling the show they had nothing to tape or work with. This left them scrambling for scripts. Then there is the writers strike which caused more problems.
I actually liked this years shows. I thought they could have drawn out some of the story lines a little better but for the most part I enjoyed the show. I think that they are making this the last year not because of poor rating but because they want to. They wanted it over last year and now they want it over even more.
I think the comming civil war on Jerico could and would be a good story in itself. I do not understand why the network wants this show gone so fast. Maybe this story line hits close to home. The whole story is a possibility.
I am sorry the show is gone. Who knows they may decide at some point to bring it back. Or manybe they could make a mini series out of it.

The so-called "last show" left alot of room for them to bring it back in the future.It needs one more year to make it into syndication where it can make money.I enjoyed last year's shows more than this years(I thought at the end of last year things moved too quickly from being all alone to having an army arrive),but IF they bring it back,I will still be watching.And good idea;it may come back as a mini or even a movie.

I never watched it but heard a lot about it when that fan petition got it back on the air. Maybe something like that could happen again?

Since they announced it as the last episode,about the only thing they could do is to make a spin-off on it.I can not see the fans supporting this show or idea any longer.Thank you for the response and welcome to MyLot.
